Our Business

In brief, we carry out accurately, planimetric and vertical measurements on large and small sites on the Geod. Data collected in this manner is also manipulated using the latest technology to produce maps and plans showing vertical and planimetric positions of topographical features to scale. These maps and plans provide a fundamental decision making tool required in appraising and/or assessing development potential on any given piece of land.

Flynn Consultants (Pvt.) Ltd. does this with total efficiency, utilizing modern wholly computerized equipment, thereby enhancing total quality and reliability. The physical data so collected is used by our Clients in the designs of infrastructural developments such as buildings, roads, bridges, railways, stormwater drainage systems, water and sewerage reticulations, dams, irrigation reticulations, irrigation canals, airports, commercial farming planning, etc. The data also ensures quick and accurate positioning of such structures on the ground as per design. Support is given after the construction phase by monitoring accurately structural deformation of the so built structures.
